Anjula is mad keen on travel and fitness- and often manages to combine the two! She loved walking the Inca Trail in South America, and treated herself afterwards by munching down on chocolate cake at her favourite cafe in Cusco! She cycled in Languedoc in France through challenging and beautiful terrain, and got back on her bike to cycle in the stunning surroundings of Southern Ireland. She`s not as ambitious as her husband though who cycled from Greece to Nepal! Instead she met up with him in Delhi, and they spent two months travelling from Jaipur to Darjeeling- a wonderful trip. Her biggest challenge to date was running the New York Marathon-and thanks to the warmth, encouragement and  enthusiasm  from  the New Yorkers, she managed to finish the race!!!

She`s got a garage full of exercise equipment from the ab circle pro to the lateral thigh trainer- but bouncing on her mini trampoline is her favourite way to de-stress! Her latest discovery for her home gym is the kettle bell which she feels works wonders in a very short space of time!

Anjula dabbled in acting last year- She went along to an audition, and much to her surprise- was cast! She loved it so much as a new and fun experience. However she`ll be leaving the acting to the real professsional in the family- her very talented daughter- who has already done a fabulous turn in the Westend!!

Her first insightful  and successful self-help book - Celebrity Life Laundry was published  on the 16th January 2007.

She is currently writing her second book - explaining exactly how to make  love last!
